Cancellation

Depending on how you made your reservation, there are different procedures for cancellation.

Have you booked at the reception, by phone or by e-mail? Call the regular number of the camping or send us an email.
Have you made your booking on our website or via camping.se, you have to complete your cancellation at +46 31 355 60 00 or service@camping.se. Have you booked on booking.com do the cancellation at www.booking.com.

Cancellation of a booking before 30 days of arrival, 100 % will be repaid minus an cancellation fee of 250 SEK. Cancellation 30-15 days, 50 % will be repaid. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 0% will be repaid.

If there are legitimate reasons for cancellation which can be proved by a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company no fee is charged. Legitimate reasons are 1. death, illness or accident of a serious nature, affecting you, wife / husband, partner, family or traveling companion. 2. the occurrence of a serious event outside your control which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to demand that you honor your booking, just like fire or flood in your home.
