Camping at Lugnets Camping

The campsite is located in a tranquil and picturesque setting within Lugnet area, a nice and relaxed camping by green spaces and lush bushes. The campsite offers both the proximity to the Falun city, recreational areas and a direct access to the outdoor bath at Lugnet.

The barrier of the campsite is closed at 23 pm to 6 am.

National Arena Lugnet

Lugnet in Falun is one of Sweden’s most attractive sports & leisure facilities, known even from the World Ski Championships in 2015. The campsite and holiday village is open all year round and we also offer seasonal places for camping during the winter.

Our talented staff will gladly help you with ideas on activities and attractions in Falun and Dalarna. We also offer activity packages just like skiing, skating, mountain biking, etc.

Open all year round

The reception is located right next to the ski stadium Lugnet in Falun. When you arrive at the entrance of the camping you will see the reception to the right. During the low season, we have limited opening hours of the reception but you can always reach us between 9-17 on the phone.

Turning on electricity for seasonal campers winter weekdays

Book electricity surcharge on our website in the top menu. Do you want to have your pitch snow-shoveled in winter? Book this on the phone, email or at the reception, price 795 SEK/season. Wifi is installed in the area and can be purchased for 150, – per month or 750 – for the whole season (for seasonal guests only)

Emptying fixed tanks

Available for the period 1/5 – 30/9. Which means it is not possible during the winter season.

Store

In our reception we have also our little Outdoorshop. Here you can rent skis, Segway, MTB and bicycles. The shop has the same opening hours as the reception. For ski rental call us at +46 (0)23-6540 or visit the menu Rentals on the website.

From 1/9 to 30/4, the reception is open Sundays at 10-13
Phonetime all weekdays from 9-16
Check-in is possible from Monday to Sunday, for unbooked camping and cottage, instructions are available at the front desk. Prebooking is recommended but not necessary.

From 10/6-21/8 2016 open for 9 am to 9 pm every day
